In the last blogs, I told you guys something about the types of changes in materials. But today, let me tell you something different. Where do you think happens to the food you eat when it goes through your body? That is what today's blog is about! Human Digestive System. So lets start!!
You eat your food and chew it with your teeth. Then, your toungue helps to push the food to your throat.Your food travels through the food pipe (esophagus) and reaches your stomach, where all your food is digested and broken into small pieces with the help of stomach acids. Did you know that stomach acids are so powerfull, they can digest a metal shaving blade. But don't go on trying that yourself as that would be very silly. So lets move on;
After the food has been broken into tiny pieces, which can be easliy digested, it goes through the Small Intestine, where all the nutrients and water in absorbed from the food and sent to the blood as a form of energy for the body. Then, the leftover go through the Large Intestine, where the leftover water is absorbed and finally, it reches the rectum where the waste is stored untill you need to use the washroom. The anus the opening where the waste exits the body and thats what happens in your body everytime you eat something!! All over again!!
